Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
This section provides answers to the most common questions regarding tickets, multi-chain payments, bridge routing, and prize claims in QanVault.
1. Gameplay & Ticket Mechanics#
How much does a ticket cost?
Every ticket costs 100 QANX (approximately $1.24 at current valuation). You can buy as many tickets as you like in a single transaction.
Can a single ticket win more than once?
Yes. Every ticket you buy enters four distinct draws across three calendar schedules:
- Current Day Daily Draw (D) (50% pot weight)
- Following Day Daily Draw (D+1) (30% pot weight)
- Weekly Jackpot (W) (7.5% pot weight)
- Monthly Grand Jackpot (M) (5.0% pot weight)
Winning in the first daily draw does not eliminate your ticket. That same ticket remains eligible to win the next daily draw, the weekly jackpot, and the monthly grand jackpot.
Are ticket numbers randomly assigned?
Tickets are minted as sequential, contiguous integer ranges (for example, Ticket #5,001 through #5,050). Each ticket number represents an equal, uniform probability in the random draw.
2. Payments & Multi-Chain Routing#
What tokens can I pay with?
You can pay using:
- On BNB Smart Chain: QANX, BNB, or USDT (BEP-20)
- On Ethereum: ETH, USDT (ERC-20), or QANX (ERC-20)
What is 'Unspent Dust Refund'? Does it cost double gas?
When you pay with ETH, BNB, or USDT, the protocol requests a quote with a 1.0% maximum slippage guard. If the swap consumes fewer tokens than quoted, the extra unspent dust is refunded immediately to your wallet within the exact same transaction.
There is zero second transaction and zero additional gas cost for the refund.
Why is there a 1.0% bridge fee for Ethereum users?
All draws and prize pools settle canonically on BNB Smart Chain. When an Ethereum player pays with ETH or ERC-20 USDT, their payment must be bridged to BSC via Symbiosis Finance. Standard cross-chain bridges charge 3.0% to 3.5%, but QanVault caps the bridge fee at 1.0%, with the protocol treasury subsidizing the difference.
If I buy on Ethereum, do I have to wait for the bridge to get my tickets?
Your purchase is tracked immediately in the UI, but the official on-chain ticket IDs are minted on the canonical BSC contract once the cross-chain bridge transaction completes (typically 3 to 15 minutes).
Because Ethereum and BNB Smart Chain are distinct blockchains, funds must cross the bridge via Symbiosis before the BSC contract can allocate the ticket ranges into the prize vault. To guarantee entry into the current day's draw, Ethereum purchases should be submitted before the daily 23:00:00 UTC batch cutoff. For players who want instant 3-second ticket minting on-chain with zero bridge delay and 0.0% bridge fees, we recommend playing directly on BNB Smart Chain.
3. Prize Claims & Rollover#
Which blockchain do I claim my prize on?
All winners claim their prizes on BNB Smart Chain in wrapped QANX.
Claiming on BSC ensures near-zero gas costs ($0.02 to $0.05) and instant 3-second transaction finality.
How long do I have to claim my prize?
Winners have 72 hours (259,200 seconds) from draw finalization to claim their reward.
What happens if I forget to claim within 72 hours?
If a prize remains unclaimed after 72 hours, 100% of the unclaimed funds automatically roll over into the subsequent draw pot. The protocol operator cannot seize or confiscate unclaimed prizes; they are returned in full to the community prize pool.
How do I cash out my QANX prize?
Once you claim your QANX on BNB Smart Chain, you can:
- Hold QANX in your wallet.
- Swap QANX for USDT or BNB on PancakeSwap v3 in seconds.
- Bridge your QANX to Ethereum using Symbiosis Finance or the official bridge.
4. Security & Fairness#
How do I know the draws are not rigged?
QanVault uses a cryptographically verifiable Commit-Reveal scheme. The random seed hash is committed to the blockchain before ticket sales close. After sales close, the seed is revealed and combined with the decentralized block hash to select winners. Anyone can independently verify the draw calculation using standard mathematical hashing.
Is QanVault non-custodial?
Yes. All ticket funds are held directly inside open-source smart contracts. Neither the founders, operators, nor keeper bots have the ability to withdraw or divert player funds outside of the programmed prize disbursements.
